There is no charge for customer support, except where otherwise agreed between the customer and Building Connect in advance of work being undertaken.
Hardware & Security
Building Connect supplies customers with subscriber equipment that remains the property of Building Connect . If you are having any trouble with your subscriber equipment, then please contact our technical support team.
Most of our customers will have one of three items supplied and the information on this equipment can be found below by clicking on the name of the unit installed in your office. However as all equipment remains the property of Building Connect and will be replaced if faulty, we suggest that in the first instance you contact us if you have any queries and we will be pleased to assist:
The two routers above offer industry standard firewall security. The Planet Bridge does not include any security facility but is only supplied to customers who specifically request a simple bridge, so that they can use their own router and security firewall. If you are concerned about the security of your internet connection, please speak to your Network/IT support person or we can assist you if you need help in that area.
